Our Story

DOMUS Group is a 25-year-old Albanian company with experience in architectural design and construction for the development of private property and public works financed by the state budget or inter-national institutions operating in Albania.

DOMUS founded in 1998, by three young architects with professional training and work experience inside and outside the country, it initially exercised activity in the field of urban planning and architectural & engineering design. Domus is among the first design studio in Albania to apply the use of Autocad and MicroGDS software for preparation and presentation of projects in digital format, setting a new and innovative standard in the field of project design, marking a turning point in the modernization of documentation for architectural design in the Municipality of Tirana, which for years extended throughout Albania. In 2014, the company acquired the name DOMUS Group, changing the status of a single shareholder.

The Domus Group company is recognized for interbreeding the highest level of expertise with the passion and innovative initiatives of young professionals in the field of design or construction. In years, the company and its technical staff have supported professional growth of a young generation of architects and engineers that today contribute in public and private sector in and outside Albanian.

In 25 years of work, with professional and dedicated staff, are designed and built hundreds of residential and service facilities for public and private purposes on the territory of Albania.

Today, the Domus Group Company is focused and specialized in construction of residential buildings for public and commercial use, applying the concepts of modern architecture and UpToDate technology with positive effect on people’s lives and the surrounding environment. Cooperation in the field of architectonic design with the internationally architects and design studios, such as Stefano Boeri Architetti Studio, is an effort to bring together the new concepts of western design with highest company’ standards for realization in practice of ambitious projects applying to the best standards in Europe and beyond.
